Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug and alcohol treatment facility which is meant to treat substance abuse disorders and mental health disorders which might be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the person in rehab participates in a number of treatment activities and strategies during the day and then leaves in the evening time.
