Programs which go by the name of Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment facilities are readily available to those men and women in Sunrise who are having difficulties with co-occurring alcohol and drug abuse and mental health disorders. These types of centers may be effective to those rehabilitation clients in Sunrise that might not be able to have the money to pay for inpatient care, or who are not able to take advantage of an inpatient facility due to personal responsibilities. Partial hospitalization programs treat the client in the daytime through therapy and other treatment methods, and then the client returns home in the PM. Treatment is performed nearly each day of the week on an intensive plan which is aimed at fully rehabilitating the client both body and psychologically.
