Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a kind of alcohol and drug rehab facility which is meant to handle substance abuse disorders and mental health issues which might be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the individual in treatment takes part in a number of rehab activities and techniques in the day and then leaves in the evening.
