Criminal justice clients are a large portion of clients who are currently taking part in drug rehabilitation centers in San Dimas and in the USA. Judges in the U.S. are finding it more advantageous to rehab individuals who have found their way into the criminal justice system for drug related crimes, instead of punishing them in vain with time in jail and other such rulings. It is proven to be more helpful to address the issue of drug addiction directly, rather than enforce such penalties. The majority of who do not wind up in alcohol and drug treatment will frequently turn right back up in the criminal justice system, while criminal justice clients in drug and alcohol treatment generally don't fall back into drug use and have a much better chance at remaining sober and away from the court system completely.
