Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug rehab center that is meant to deal with drug addiction disorders and psychological issues which may possibly be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the individual in rehabilitation participates in a number of treatment activities and techniques during the day and then leaves in the night time. This is done several days a week, all dependent on the severity of the drug problem.
