Facilities known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment centers are readily available to certain people in Pittsburgh who are having difficulties with co-occurring alcohol and drug abuse and psychological disorders. These sorts of centers may be helpful to those treatment clients in Pittsburgh that might not be able to pay for inpatient care, or who are not able to take part in an inpatient facility due to familial responsibilities. Partial hospitalization facilities treat the individual during the day through counseling and other treatment techniques, and then the client goes home in the PM. Rehabilitation is carried out anywhere from five to seven days per week on an intensive program which is aimed at fully rehabilitating the client both physically and mind.
