Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug rehab center that works to treat drug and alcohol addiction disorders and mental health problems which might be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the person in rehab takes part in a variety of rehabilitation activities and methods in the daytime and then leaves in the night time. This is done anywhere from five to seven days per week, all dependent on the severity of the problem.
