Facilities known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment centers are offered to those people in New Fairfield who are struggling with co-occurring alcohol and drug abuse and psychological disorders. These types of centers can be effective to those rehabilitation clientele in New Fairfield who may not be able to afford inpatient treatment, or who are unable to take part in an inpatient facility due to personal obligations. Partial hospitalization facilities treat the client during the day through therapy and other rehabilitation strategies, and the individual returns home in the PM. Rehab is carried out anywhere from five to seven days per week on an intensive program which is aimed at fully rehabilitating the client both physically and mind.
