Criminal justice clients are a large percentage of clients who take part in alcohol and drug rehabilitation programs in New Egypt, New Jersey and in the USA. Court systems in the country are finding it more helpful to treat individuals who have found their way into the court system for crimes relating to drugs, rather than punishing them to no avail with time in jail and other such rulings.
