Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug rehabilitation center that is meant to deal with drug and alcohol addiction problems and psychological disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the individual in rehabilitation takes part in a number of rehabilitation activities and techniques during the day and then returns home in the night time. This is done several days a week, all dependent on the severity of the drug problem.
