Centers known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment facilities are offered to certain people in Livonia who are fighting co-occurring alcohol and drug abuse and psychological problems. These kinds of facilities may be helpful to specific treatment clientele in Livonia that might not be able to pay for inpatient treatment, or who are not able to take advantage of an inpatient program because of personal responsibilities. Partial hospitalization programs work with the client during the day through therapy and other treatment methods, and the individual goes home in the PM. Treatment is conducted nearly each day of the week on an intensive plan which seeks to fully rehabilitate the client both body and psychologically.
