Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of drug and alcohol treatment center which is meant to deal with substance abuse issues and mental health disorders which might be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the treatment client in treatment takes part in a variety of rehab services and approaches during the day and then leaves in the night time.
