Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug rehabilitation program which works to handle drug and alcohol addiction disorders and mental health disorders which might be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the person in rehabilitation takes part in various rehabilitation services and strategies in the day and then leaves in the night time. This is done anywhere from five to seven days per week, depending on the severity of the drug problem.
