Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug and alcohol rehab program which is meant to treat drug and alcohol addiction disorders and psychological problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the person in rehab participates in various rehabilitation services and strategies in the daytime and then leaves in the night time. This is done several days a week, depending on the significance of the problem.
