Criminal justice clients are a large percentage of clientele who are currently taking part in drug rehabilitation centers in Grand Forks and in the USA. Judges in the U.S. often find it more beneficial to treat men and women who have found their way into the criminal justice system for drug related crimes, rather than penalizing them in vain with time in jail and other penalties. It has proven more successful to address the trouble of addiction directly, than to enforce such penalties.
