Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug rehab center that is meant to handle drug addiction issues and mental health issues which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the person in treatment participates in various treatment services and strategies in the daytime and then returns home in the evening. This is done anywhere from five to seven days per week, depending on the significance of the drug problem.
