Centers known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment centers are readily available to certain individuals in Elkhorn who are fighting co-occurring substance abuse and mental health problems. These types of facilities can be beneficial to those rehabilitation clients in Elkhorn who may not be able to pay for inpatient care, or who are not able to take part in an inpatient program due to familial obligations. Partial hospitalization facilities treat the client during the day through therapy and other rehabilitation techniques, and then the client returns home in the PM. Rehab is conducted nearly each day of the week on an intensive plan which seeks to fully rehabilitate the person both body and mind.
