Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of drug rehabilitation facility which works to deal with drug and alcohol addiction problems and psychological issues which might be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the treatment client in rehab partakes in various rehab activities and methods during the day and then leaves in the night time. This is done several days a week, depending on the seriousness of the drug or alcohol problem.
