Centers known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment centers are available to certain individuals in Carthage who are fighting co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders. These types of facilities may be effective to specific rehabilitation clients in Carthage that might not be able to afford inpatient treatment, or who are not able to take part in an inpatient center because of personal responsibilities. Partial hospitalization facilities help the client in the daytime through counseling and other rehab methods, and then the client goes home in the evening. Treatment is conducted anywhere from five to seven days per week on a tailored program which is aimed at fully rehabilitating the individual both body and psychologically.
