Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of drug and alcohol rehabilitation center which is meant to handle drug addiction disorders and mental health disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the individual in rehabilitation takes part in various treatment services and techniques in the day and then leaves in the evening time. This is done several days a week, all dependent on the significance of the drug or alcohol problem.
