Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility which works to deal with drug addiction problems and mental health issues which may be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the individual in rehab partakes in a number of rehab services and strategies in the day and then returns home in the night time. This is done anywhere from five to seven days a week, depending on the significance of the problem.
