Centers which go by the name of Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment programs are available to those men and women in Baltic who are struggling with co-occurring substance abuse and psychological issues. These types of facilities may be effective to those treatment clients in Baltic who may not be able to have the money to pay for inpatient care, or who are not able to take advantage of an inpatient program because of familial obligations. Partial hospitalization centers treat the client in the daytime through counseling and other rehab strategies, and the individual returns home in the PM. Rehabilitation is conducted anywhere from five to seven days per week on an intensive plan which seeks to fully rehabilitate the individual both physically and mind.
