Programs which go by the name of Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment facilities are available to certain individuals in Atlantic City who are fighting co-occurring drug and alcohol abuse and psychological problems. These types of facilities can be helpful to specific rehab clientele in Atlantic City that might not be able to pay for inpatient treatment, or who are not able to take advantage of an inpatient center due to familial responsibilities. Partial hospitalization centers help the individual during the day through counseling and other treatment techniques, and then the client returns home in the PM. Rehab is carried out anywhere from five to seven days per week on an intensive program which seeks to fully rehabilitate the individual both physically and mind.
